Week 4

  ?Que es colaborar?

Colaborar primero consiste en consensuar, partiremos de ideas diferentes pero debemos encontrar el consenso

Negociar y debatir mente abierta y tiempo

Renunciar a ideas propias

Alumno como protagonista .Profesor pasa a ser asesor y facilitador. Darles soporte

Actividades con pasos claros :?que, cuando ,como ?

Equipos un coordinador por equipo

Crear equipos de nacionalidad mixta: trabajar y crear contenidos a distancia. Cada equipo mixto creará su producto, no tienen que ser los mismos ni tener el mismo nivel de dificultad.Pero al final se unen creando un producto final con todas las contribuciones. Ejemplo: crear un libro digital entre todos.. unos escriben la historia. Otros crean y describe los personajes, otros lo ilustran , otros graban la narración y otros maquetarlo producto final único en el que las aportaciones de unos y otros se entrelacen.

Develop interpersonal skills

Make them feel good working with the others.

Are they efficient collaborators ?

can they negotiate,? listen to each other, ? overcome conflicts, ? recognize a leader ?, share responsibility, ?make decisions, produce efficient teamwork ?

We prepare them for jobs do not exist, to use technologies that have not been  invented yet and solved problems we don’t know.

They need to use creativity, 

The 4 Cs , 21st century skills: 

Communication, share thoughts questions ideas and solutions

Collaboration working together to reach a goal.

Critical thinking looking at problems in a new way. Linking knowledge across subjects and disciplines.

Creativity : chance to express themselves

Collaborative learning Together Everyone Achieves More.. contributes to the development of specific skills: 

Leadership competences

Self evaluation

Listening skills

Presentation skills

Skills of persuasion and negotiation,

Team working skills

There should be interdependence not just working in groups, not just put them in teams.

Students should all row in the same direction to get the same goal : the project

They should work together, share responsibility, make substantive decisions
